wmp11 vista error 105 drm out of date msn music

Hi, Anyone know how to fix error 105? DRM out-of-date?? It says contact tech support;but MSN music techs say they don't support WMP11 and Vista yet!!!

This goes for me as well and I'm sure we represent an iceberg tip on this issue. All worked well until the Vista updates that were pushed out on 8/23/2006. I tried every suggestion I could find regarding security/firewall/Wdefender/internat settings. I then uninstalled the recent Vista updates and tried again with no luck. I reinstalled the updates.

The support group gave me additional advice: use the MSN service and MP on another, non-Vista machine. I had a issues when I installed Vista Beta 2 a few months ago. The customer support folks gave me a telephone number for the Halifax NS Vista support center. The Halifax team was very knowledgable. Unfortunately, the customer support group I spoke with yesterday could not find their telephone number.
It's a shame as I have downloaded almost 200 write protected songs. If this can't be resolved and licenses recovered, I think I'll try AOL's new Music Now service.
